Thank You for your post back!
My brickwall is the PUGH line, I can't seem to find anyone doing the lines that connect to Carter Co,TN. or some other Counties.
But this one PUGH line left TN. stopped in KY. and then went to Bollinger Co,MO. late 1890.
Some of the other surnames that connect to these PUGH's one way or another are COLLINS,MORRIS,ACUP,PHILLIPS,TREAS,LANE,FORD,DYE,HUFF,
LADYMAN,PERRYMAN,LUSK.
I have a John H. GRINDSTAFF b.Abt. 1879, his daughter Mary Ellen married a PHILLIPS.
I've been posting on rootsweb.com on the Bollinger Co,MO. message boards for surnames.
