Although I usually don't use genealogy forums to find missing persons or long lost friends, you might try www.dogpile.com >> there select the "white pages" tab and then enter your friend's first name, married surname, and then "Bullhead City" AZ, and then you might find a matching response.

Know that Bullhead City is just across the "river" from Laughlin, NV and that many people moving to BHC look to just get away from everything else.
