There is an outline of the DNA project on the SFA website. This summer at the reunion in Windsor, Connecticut the SFA had a presentation on that Friday evening that was quite informative.
I believe that membership will get the complete lineage back to Isaac for you, and they will provide them to you in family group sheet format. I will send you a blank SFA Family Group Sheet if you so wish for your lineage. That is the standard format from which Rose will work from to update your records.
Please let me know if you prefer an Excel spreadsheet (if you know how to use Excel, this helps), or a PDF file, which you can then print out to complete by hand.
