Does anyone have any info on Vard Shelby and Mary Faris. Marriage record from Maury County, TN. Marriage date was March 2, 1820.
Still trying to find the parents of Alton or Alson Shelby b. 3/29/1824 who married Matilda J. Skipper. In some court docs for Alton Shelby there lists a Mary A. Shelby and also in the 1860 Hickman Co census there is a Mary A. Shelby (widow) living nearby to John Skipper father of Matilda Skipper.
