I have a Pennsylvania Shehan line, a lot of children that go back to the 1700's and eventually to Ireland, I would be interested in seeing if there is a connection. New england isn't that far of a stretch. My gedcom is on Mytrees.com already. I'll give you my family login and password so you can view it for free. If you upload your gedcom to the site, you can set yours up as well and get an automatic free month to match names against your gedcom and research. Sorry to sound like a comercial, but it's pretty neat.
