I have some of the people you were searching for here in data provided by Ed Cushen. Contact me directly to get his e-mail address.
He shows John Sheely born 21 Jan 1845, siblings Isaiah Ephraim (1843-1923) and Ann Dobo (1853-1889) as children of Henry Sheely (1809-1892) and Susanna Sarah "Sallee" Ridenour (1823-1894). I do not have any documentation for this but it could be a starting point for your research.
Henry was apparently the son of Frederick Sheele and Susanna Keefer according to this source.
It looks like this family passed through Frederick County, Maryland before some of the children went to Ohio.
