Hi Sylvia, delighted to hear you may be able to help. I have lived in Australia since 1973 and i came from Ireland but have not had the opportunity to visit Bathurst although i have been to Sydney twice now. I would be very interested in any connection other than the nuns that i know about and my fathers first cousin Sister Eileen Sheehy who lives in Victoria and is a retired religious sister. I know of no other relatives except the illusive Ievers who were supposed to be from Victoria but i have found no trace of them. My father is Michael sheehy from Croom Co limerick, son of Charles Sheehy and Mary Colhanne of Ballingarry, Co limerick. I have some direct familey history but not any aussie connection .Hope to hear from you soon, Maureen
