I have some information from the Heritage Center in Clare. My Great grandparents were Thomas Sheedy and Bridget McGrath.
They listed the following children:
Margaret Baptised 3/12/1854 Sponsor was Bryan Sheedy
Daniel Baptised 1856 - Sponsors James Gibson and Mrs Neylon
Brian - Babtised 1860 Sponsors Malichy & Mary Mescall
Jane - B 1862 Sponsors Mary McInerney and James Hynes
There are other children also. These were just some from the one baptisimal register. My grandfather was Michael Sheedy born in Tullabrack, Co. Clare m to Margaret Tarsnane, Also born in co. Clare. He came to San Francisco, CA approximately 1880. Per the U.S. Census of 1900 Margaret came in 1875. My father, Thomas Anthony, was one of six children and the oldest son. He was b in 1886 and died in 1937. Does anyone connect with this family?
