My ggrandfather was William Sheaffer. I think his wife was Ida Nesbitt. They had three sons: William Burke Sheaffer, Paul Sheaffer and Thurmond(sp?) Sheaffer. My Grandfather, William Burke Sheaffer married Florence Dobbs. We have little information about the Sheaffer/Nesbitt branch of the family. Any help would be appreciated.
