Ruth Shaver Godissart was related to my father Harry Neil of Belle Vernon, Pa. I am doing some research and need the parents names of Ruth if anyone can possibly help me. Ruth was born in 1918 in Virginia and died 1982 in Brownsville, Pa. Any help will be appreciated. Notify Administrator about this message?
