Greetings all! I'm looking for more information on Edward Sharp who was born in Co. Armagh around 1700. He and his son Henry emigrated to Paxton, Pennsylvania. I believe that one of his sons or grandsons was the father of Nehemiah Sharp, who is the earliest ancestor I can trace to my family. I am pretty sure I am on the right track here, but I'd like more info if anyone has any.
Can anyone tell me about the Sharps in Armagh or Ulster in general? I found an Edward Sharp listed on the Co. Armagh muster of 1630... seems this could be the right family.
