Dempsey Winborne m to Unknown Sharp Halifax or Northampton Co NC

I am trying to document a marriage of Dempsey Winborne of Northhampton Co NC to an Unknown Sharp about 1790 (son Lemuel Winborne to KY)

OR

to a Pheroby Sharp Rose, between 1802-1804. She was the widow of Elisha Rose of Halifax Co NC.

Dempsey and Pheroby lived in Northampton Co NC, where he died in 1816, after the birth of four additional children.

On-line records have Pheroby's name as Sharp, but I wonder if perhaps that was the name of Dempsey's first wife.
