Mendel Shapiro and Sarah Rosen lived at 3 Forsyth Street in Manhattan in 1893 when Sarah gave birth to a little girl, ANNIE SHAPIRO (b. Feb. 6, 1893). Sarah Rosen Shapiro at that time claimed to have one other child. Sarah was 27 years old and born in Russia. Mendel Shapiro was 26 years old, born in Russian, and was a watch maker.
