DEVANEY (nee Shannon) (Rathmore, Four-Mile-House, Co. Roscommon) Dec. 22, 2008, in the home of her daughter Anne and son-in-law John, Islandeady, Castlebar, (peacefully), in her 96th year, Gretta, beloved wife of the late Tom; will be sadly missed by her family, son Patsy, daughters Maura, Anne and Margaret, brother John, sons-in-law Des and John, grandchildren, great-grandchild, brother-in-law Paddy, sister-in-law Mamie Clabby, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at Smyth's Funeral Home, Roscommon this (Tuesday) evening from 4.30 o'c followed by Removal at 6.30 o'c. to St. Brigid's Church, Four-Mile-House. Mass of the Resurrection tomorrow (Wednesday) at 11 o'c. Burial afterwards in Ballinderry Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Western Alzheimers. May she rest in peace.
