I'm looking for William Shankle(s) born 30 Apr 1870 in Lafayette,GA married Sally (Sarah Lee) Mayham born 17 Dec 1868 in Lafayette, GA. Children are Jennie Lee, Ethel, Samuel Mitchell, and Faye. We were told they are part Cherokee. I have no other information and anything would be helpful. Thank you.
