Marc..Please contact me. I have Daniel Duden a "Lockmaker" and Gunsmith in McConnellstown, Huntington PA 1808-1832 one source, Gunmakers and Gunsmiths of Bedford and Somerset Counties Pa. 1770-1900. and another from an article from PA-roots stating that your Nicholas Shanafelt son of Wm. was the ONE gunsmith in McConnellstown. during the same time frame. I am in hopes you might have any information on Daniel Duden in your book. They had to have been together at this time. I am in need of information on this time in Duden's life. Thanking you in advance.
