I am looking for information on the parents, siblings, etc. of Frank SHUMBARGER, born 1864 in Louisiana; married 1) Rosetta CLOW 1887 in Shelby Co., Illinois; married 2) Laura MORAN 1907 in Moultrie Co., Illinois. Frank died 1931 in Moultrie Co., Illinois.
Parents may have been named Samuel and Mary, but this is not positive, as marriage records contain mistakes, mispellings, and sloppy handwriting.
Any clues are appreciated.
