Hello Nadine! The focus of the book was on the Shamblin family. For the daughters, I included their marriages---but their offspring (who usually were not named Shamblin) were not included in the book. I had pulled together all the public records in WV on the Shamblin family to do this, but I never set out to study all the descendants of Isaiah Shamblin (just those named Shamblin). You have to draw the line somewhere, and that is where I drew it. My real focus was (and still is) on identifying our Shamblin ancestors. Bud Carder
