The 19th-century register of the Reformed congregation at Ziegels Church, Lehigh County, PA was returned to the church in 1999 after being in private hands for many years. It contains the following references to Schallers:
MARRIAGES:
(1) 25 December 1851: Simon Linz of Lyntown to Cathern anna Schaller of Macungie
(2) 21 March 1852: Georg Schaller to Mary Amanda Wetknecht, both of Weisenberg
DEATHS:
(1) Buried 20 October 1834: Georg Wagner (16 February 1800 - [blank] October 1834), age 34/8/2, son of Andreas and Margaretha Wagner. Married to Sophia Schaller for about 14 years and 5 months. Died of typhus.
[If the age is correct, the date of death should be 18 October.]
(2) Buried 17 January 1848: Catha-Anna Schaller (11 May 1835 - 15 January 1848), age 12/8/4, daughter of Georg and Lidia Schaller. Died of typhus.
