I recently came across a leather bound bible printed in 1794 in my grandmother's attic. In the back are hand-written names and dates that I think may be the family members you are looking for as many of the first names match your posts. The first entries are Hezekiah Shacklett born Oct 25, 1757, Elcy Davis Shacklett his wife born Nov 6 1753 and married Dec 16 1769. It goes on to list Besty Shacklett April 28, 1819, Hezekiah born 1821, Mary Ashton born Aug 23, 1823. Next page lists Sally 12/16/1810, Edward 01/30/1813, Benjamin Franklin Shacklett 03/19/1875, Samuel 07/01/1817. It starts to get very hard to read but I can make out Samuel Shacklett born Oct 7, 1785, Elizabeth Shacklett born ? 7th 1789, then I can read July 1805, maybe married? And then there is more writing after that that I cannot make out. I am not sure if these are your family members or how my grandparents came to have this bible. If I can provide you with any other information let me know. Nancy
