I have an ancestor named Thomas J. SEYMOUR and am trying to find his parents. In the annoucement of his marriage, it says he was from New Hartford, CT. He married, Maria S. Barton, in 1833 in Meadville, PA.
Censuses show that he was born about 1803 or so. He also had a sister, Nancy, who married the brother of his wife.
He died in Meadville in 1865.
Does anyone know of a family with Thomas and Nancy listed as the children?
