Denise: I suspect your Bernard B. Seybert may have been related to Bernhard Barnet Seybert/Sibert who was the son of John Bernard Seybert. John Bernard was born in 1717 and come over from Germany. His son Barnet was born in 1761 in Pennsylvania. His father and and the children moved to Virginia and about 1806 Barnet and three of his brothers moved back to western Pennsylvania. In 1810 Barnet was living in Fayette County, PA.
Maybe there is a connection to you somewhere.
