Harvey Seybert- 1824

I am looking for information on Harvey Seybert born 1824. He is the father of Sylvester H Seybert (1858) of Pendleton IN. I know Harvey was "illegimate", born in Virgina, came to Pendleton IN. My cousin says he came and lived with his grandparents James and Ruth Seybert. I can not be sure if James and Ruth were in Virgina or IN as my cousin said. I am looking for Harvey's mother, and James and Ruth's other children.

I would be interested in learning if there is a connection between William, Isaac, and Henry Seybert who were early pioneers of Pendleton IN and my family.

I have found this information but am not sure if this is the same Harvey Seybert:
Her father, Harvey Seybert, came to Indiana
>> from North Carolina. It was in the early pioneer days and the trip was made
>> with wagons and teams, the men of the family walking beside the wagons and at
>> night they camped at the roadside. Harvey Seybert secured a tract of wild
>> land, on which he started his pioneer improvements in making an Indiana home.
>> He developed a farm, and this land is now included in the site of an airport
>> at Anderson. Harvey Seybert married Martha Davies, and both of them lived to
>> a good old age
