Thank-you Les, That is what we are discovering to be the case. Johann Dietrick or Honteter mentions his deceased son James and also James' children in his will. James died in 1844, and the listing in Honteters will mentions the names of James' children as we know them to be. We beleive James' wife (and probable 1st cousin), Catherine to be the daughter of Henry l of Sugarcreek. James is buried next to his uncle Henry . Sorry, it took so long for me to respond I will not let it happen again. What was your source of info? I am also am on a quest to see if any Seiberts married a Native American. Have you seen anything to support that? Sue
