Sorry, haven't looked into sources of information for emigrants from Ireland during the colonial period.

I would be amazed if there was a source that kept records of the nature you mention, aside from maybe either the churches or ship manifests.

I doubt there was any centralized governmental record-keeping of this type at that time. The few published sources I have seen, from the other side of "the pond", did their research in archived court records and such.
