It looks like Alton Sewell was the son of Cleveland Eldridge Sewell of Greer Co., Okla. Cleveland's father was Asa J. L. Sewell of Jackson, Tenn., Sunset, Texas, and Greer Co., Okla. Asa was the son of John Sewell, b. in N.C. and living in McNairy Co., Tenn. John's widow lived in Texas.
