Hello JoAnne! I am the listing Realtor for the Severance Family Homestead located at 133 Severance Road in Moultonborough, NH 03254. The MLS# is 2717792. The homestead has 64 acres in total. There have been two building lots approved totalling 14.5 acres leaving the homestead with 49.5 acres. All the parcels are on the market due to the current owner David S. Severance recent divorce. I have been showing this property today and yesterday in the pouring rain to a couple who have interest in the total parcel unit. They have spent over 6 hours total in the miserable rain, so must be interested!
