Dear Madelyn,
Have you come across any information in the "Sever Legacy" that links Peter Sever of Burlington County , New Jersey with the Peter Sever in MA who is descended from Robert Seaver and Elizabeth Ballard of Roxbury ,MA?
A number of family trees on the internet say that they are one and the same, but offer no verification.
I recently discovered that this is one of my family lines through my g-g-grandmother Beulah Severs Shemeley whose parents were Benjamin Asbury Severs and Elma Hurley.
I have copies of the wills from the NJ Archives for Benjamin's father Daniel Sever, his grandfather Benjamin Sever, and his g-grandfather Daniel Sever ,none of which gave any clues to a MA connection.
