Elizabeth Setchell & Thomas Bogue

According to records of St. Botolph's, Boston, Lincolnshire, UK, Elizabeth Setchell of Farthingborough married Thomas Bogue of the Chatham Division of Marines in May 1784. Farthingborough does not exist and does not seem ever to have existed! Family legend has it she was the illegitimate daughter of a Lord (haven't we heard that before . . )but I think that was her n'er-do-well husband's attempt to keep off his creditors. Any help on this. There seem to be Setchells in Lincolshire, at least in 1851, and Satchells or Setchells in Northamptonshire earlier.
