Hello Rio:
I'm from Monterrey, do you speak spanish? My english is very very poor, sorry.
I have Serna's lastname in my genealogical lineage, father's side; may ancestors with this lastname was from Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
Enrique Garza Serna is my most recent ancestor with Serna's lastname, he was married with Toribia Garcia Serna; they lived in Cienega de Flores, N. L. at 1832 to 1923 period.
I want know if your ancestors are related with some one of them. I would share my information with you and try to help you in this matter. Do you would like send me a list with names and locality of your Sernas'? I will search if I can link your Sernas' with my lineage Thanks.
