Hello Willie,
Not sure if this will help you in any way, but it might be good to have a look.
Please see link about Karadjordjevic family.

There is a lot of same surnames, so they might not be your relatives, but it is worth checking it out.
I know only about one place called Sveti Stefan - Sveti Stefan is a seaside resort located 5 km southeast of Budva, on the Budva Riviera, Montenegro - former Yugoslavia or Kingdom of Serbia back in 18 and 19 century. It used to be an island, but is now connected to the mainland by a narrow isthmus.Sveti Stefan was inhabited in 15th century as a fisherman's village. In 1950s last residents of the village were evicted, and Sveti Stefan was transformed into a luxury town-hotel. It is now the most exclusive resort on Montenegro's coast.
If your family were residents of Sveti Stefan, then you are very lucky and if I were you, that would be my next holiday destination. And it would be good to find more about your ancestors.
Good luck with your research.
Regards,
Mr. Nenad Banjanin
