This branch of the Sepulveda family tree dates back to the mid 1850’s. Librado Rios (abt. 1856-1919) was born in Cusihuiriachic, Chihuahau, Mexico. In 1871 he married Gregoria Sepulveda.
They had two children, Gregoria Rios (1872-1917) and Guadalupe Gregorio Rios (1878-1947), he was born in Cusihuiriachic, Chihuahua, Mexico.
Gregoria married Carlos Piñera ( -1924). They had five children, Jose (1891-1930), Carlos, Josefina, Rosaura (1898-2000), and Guadalupe (1901-1927). They migrated to and lived out there lives in El Paso, TX.
Guadalupe Gregorio was educated at a school named for one of the professors, Eirigollen. He studied telegraphy. Upon completing his studies he went to work for the government as a telegraph operator in Ciudad Guerrero and was later transferred to Cuidad Guadalupe, Chihuahua, Mexico, along the Texas, Mexico border near El Paso, TX. Once he settled in Guadalupe he sent for his parents and sister. He lived and worked there until his death in 1947.
Guadalupe married (1906), Filiberta Marquez (1886-1979). She was born in Guadalupe, Distrito Bravo, Mexico. Her parents were Andres Marquez and Trinidad Escajeda. She had five siblings. Natalia, Josepha, Casimiro, Brigida and Andress.
Guadalupe and Filiberta had nine children. Tinidad 1907-1935), Raul (1910- ), Ricardo (1913- ), Maria Luisa, my mother 1914-2005), Concepcion (1917- ), Rogelio (1920- ), Berta (1923-204), Roberto (1926- ) and Raimundo 1929- ).
