From information I have, Joaquina Sepulveda was the first born child to Francisco Sepulveda (son of Francisco Xavier) and Maria Ramona Serrano. He was born about 1775 at Villa de Sinaloa, Mexico and Married (Maria R Serrano)October 19, 1802 at Mission San Diego. My Great-Great Grandfather was born next after Joaquina. Of course her full name was Maria Joaquina Sepulveda. I don't know the date of her birth, but my gggrandfather was born 10/31/1803, at San Diego California and baptized at that mission on 11-o4-1803. His name was Jose Antonio Andres Sepulveda. One of his son's, Ignacio Sepulveda became a superior court judge in Los Angeles in the 1860's and 70's. Hope this helps.
