This is the basic data I have. See if it matches.
James Selway Sr. father of Mary Selway Porch was married to Eliza Mediment. They emigrated from Glastonbury,Somershire, England in 1847. They Settled in Kenosha Co. Wi. until 1863 This is where Thomas Porch and Mary met and married. James and Eliza had 9 kids. After James died, Eliza moved to the Dillon area with her son James Jr., two other sons and two daughters. She raised potatoes and sold them to miners in Bannack. Eliza died in Dillon June 18, 1870 at the age of 63. Her funeral was the first to be held in Beaverhead County.
