Looking for descendants of R. F. Seltzer who served in the U. S. Army in WW I in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He was a Lieut. at the time. He gave a gift to a young boy, now 67,
which he still has. He wrote on the bottom of this gift "U.S. Army Post Office No. 639
West VA". Pastor Adams, our friend, has always cherished this precious gift.
