LIEUT. R. F. SELTZER - WORLD WAR II
Posted by: Connie Wills (ID *****1977) Date: March 28, 2008 at 18:34:14

I would like to know if anyone has ever heard of Lieut. R. F. Seltzer who was in the U. S. Army during W. W. II? He was in Belfast, Northern Ireland during the war and gave a young Irish boy a wooden ambulance as a gift. This young boy is now 73 years old and has treasured this gift ever since and has always wanted to correspond with Lt. Seltzer's family to let them know what that special gift has meant to him. This man is now a retired Nazarene Pastor, but still preaches, and is now back living in Northern Ireland. I would love to make his wish come true.
