This is not my family but I grew up in Lincoln County and watch the message boards for that county. Just yesterday I was in touch with someone who has information about a "lost" Seltzer family member. I am going to send you an e-mail about that.

From the 1900 Oklahoma Territory census, Pawnee township, dated 2 June 1900:

John C. Seltzer, b. April 1850 in Germany, age 50, married 22 years, parents b. Germany
Maggie Seltzer, wife, b. May 1857, Minnesota, gave birth to 5 children, 4 living
Henry Seltzer, son, b. June 1879 in KS
Freddie Seltzer, son, b. May 1881 in MO
Frank Seltzer, son, b. June 1885 in MO
Lillie Seltzer, daughter, b. August 1886 in MO

Henry, Fred and Frank were sons rather than brothers. Do you have access to census records from your computer? These 3 brothers were in Osage County in 1910, Fred was in Kay County in 1920, Henry was still in Osage County, and Frank was back in Lincoln County that year. I did not find that Frank had any other children than those that you mentioned.

Here is a URL address for Lincoln County Oklahoma in which you can find information. (I hope it will show blue for a link!)

Put the name Seltzer in the Search bar. You will get 3 links. One is to a list of Lincoln County townships. Click on Pawnee township. You will get a list of 1903 land owners. Click on the name Pawnee and you can get an image of the sections and find exactly where John C. Seltzer had his land.

Also on the Lincoln County Genweb site you can scroll to Lincoln County Cemeteries. Click on that. Then open the link to Avery Memorial Cemetery. You will find several Seltzer family members listed, including the daughter, Lily (Seltzer) Nichols.
