Hi, I have info on your William Seltzer Rice.
His mother is a relative of my husband through the Seltzers. Her name is Sarah Graff Seltzer Rice
Born: March 23, 1853 Jackson Twsp. Lebanon County PA
Died Oct. 5, 1897 Empysema or consumption. She was married to John M. Rice Dec, 8, 1823 (who subsequently left her and her children from my records). John was the son of Samuel and Elizabeth Meuer? Rice. John born 1850 Died 1903. Elizabeth was born 1814 died 1892 I don't have correct info on Samuels bd and dd. Sarah's Parents were John Kitzmiller Seltzer B. 1825 Pa Amity Twsp. Corry Pa. Died Feb 11, 1908 And Mary Bertha? Altheus Graff (also spelled Graeff) Brothers name was Isaac Graff Seltzer (my relation)

Thats all I have on them. I can tell you about her brother Isaac if you wish to know about him and his family. I can tell you more possibley in future as I am slowly getting info from a grandmother who has volumes of info all jumbled on tons of families beyond even ours seems following marriages and things were her hobby.. problem is she lives in Pa. and I live in Fl.
