Hi this is a message from Keith and Jean Selmes of Upstreet Canterbury Kent.Have been reading your messages ref the Selmes family Nolene. Keith was born in Hastings E.Sussex and as we are recently retired now have a bit more time to investigate this interesting family. We have some info back as far as Keith`s grandfather and he has a great aunt still alive.But beyond that things get very hazy.If we can help in putting this puzzle together we would love to join in. Do contact us.P.S.the church at Rolvenden in Sussex has alist of Selmes`s carved on the wall Ithink they were clergy of some sort, and the organ there seems to have been financed by the Selmes family.Look forward to hearing from you soon, Jean SELMES
