My g g grandmother was Mary Ann Sills b.1863 Redbourn, Herts. She married Frederick Waldock on 6.5.1894 in Stevenage.
Mary Ann was one of 10 children (that I know of) and daughter of William Sills (Sells) - Beerseller- and Eliza. Eliza (surname unknown to date) was from Redbourne but William was from Luton, Bed. He was christened at St Mary's Luton on 15 Jul 1825 and from what I know was one of 6 children (Stephen, Thomas, Samuel, Lucy and Richard) Their parents were Williams and Sarah Sills.
Reseach is confusing on this side of the family as some sources refer to the family as Sills other Sells!
