The info in your latest message is the same as I have in my file obtained from a descendant of William D. Gulledge who came to Alabama with his parents, William and Mary. With regard to your cemetery surveys of Chesterfield County, John L. Davidson appears on 1850 census with his second wife, Mary (believed to be Mary A. Sellers). His first wife, name unknown, died prior to 1850. Does someone appear in surveys that could be his first wife?
