I now have James Pigg's book. Hardy Huntley Sellers was born June 11, 1830 and died January 12, 1857. In February 1857 John L. Davidson filed a paper on behalf of his apparent son, Hardy Davidson, claiming Hardy Sellers had shared ownership of some land with other Sellers, and that portion of Hardy's should go to the said Hardy Davidson. WHY? What was the relationship of Hardy Sellers and Hardy Davidson who was born in 1849. The book does not address this subject.
