Hello Lewis,

Its a long shot, but I've just started trying to track down my Great Grandfather Elmer E. Seitz DOB approx 1864.

He was raised as an orphan, His father supposedly headed west around the time of his birth. There is mention in old family notes that a "Granny Rohrbaugh" helped raise him or was a cousin of his. They lived in Bowmanstown Pennsylvania.

I'm not sure if this connection helps either of our searches but maybe?
