Thanks so much for the information on Emeline Seiple. Yes,
I did find her listed as a descendant of George Heinrich Seiple. I only saw her name one time in the entire listing.
Was she listed more than once.
I believe the information by Cope to be correct. They were
connected with the Hilltown, PA area (only 15 min. from my
home) but I had no other connection.
Emeline was my great grandmother. She was married to Frank
or Franklin Fox. They had about 9 children. Emma Jane,
my grandmother, Elizabeth, Wilda, Andorra, Charlotte, Frank
(called Mike), Mahnton or Manton, Irwin, and John. I believe John was the youngest. He married Addah Haney.
They had a son, John, who was a funeral director, in Dublin,
Pa and died 4-7 weeks ago.
My grandmother, Emma Jane, was married to Leidy Heavener.
(He had first married Charlotte, her sister but Charlotte
died during pregnancy.) Emma Jane was born 5/31/1873 and
died 2/22/l955. Emma Jane & Leidy had 3 sons: Aden, born
6/18/1899, d. 10/11/71; Ira, b. 12/17/1900 d. 9/29/1975
and Willard,(my father) b.5/7/1903 d. 4/4/84.
Aden had 3 children, Ira had none, and my father had 6
children.
If you can give me any more info on Emeline, I would
appreciate it. If you need any more info from me, let me
