I am looking for information on Thomas Everett Sefton. I show him being the son of Edward Johnson Sefton and Anna May McElheney. I have data on Edward and Anna. (Edward b. Dec 31, 1867 mar. May 28, 1893 d. Oct 10, 1955 Anna May McElheney b. Sept 22, 1875 d. Dec 26, 1939) In fact, I have data on Edward back into Ireland via the immigrant William Sefton. (Immigration 1818 port of Belfast to port of Philadelphia.)
This is NOT my direct line. I am directly descended from the Irish immigrant Samuel Sefton. (Immigration 1818 port of Belfast to port of Philadelphia. No, you are not seeing double! They came on the same voyage.)
I strongly suspect that this Thomas Sefton was from the area of Vandalia, IL.
