This is a shot in the dark. I'm searching for a John Sephton, father of Catherine Sephton born c.1829, Kirkby. On Catherine's marriage certificate to William Kenyon in 1854, John's occupation is given as Stonefitter. As yet I've not found Catherine Sephton's birth either. There is one at St.Chad's, Kirkby in 1829, but this does not match the information I have. Does the above data fit into your family line at all?
