I have a lot of info starting with John Sephton 1754 married Jane Culshaw at Ormskirk. The 3rd generation was Thomas Sephton 1824 who married Sarah Martin at Scarisbrick. They moved to Sefton Parish in Liverpool and their children had their name spelt Sefton from then on. I am a direct descendent and would be pleased to share info with any cousins out there.
