Isaac Sedore moved his family first west to the Canajoharie, Montgomery co, New York area and then about 1790/95 he moved to the Lennox and Addington cos, Ontario. He took 4 children with him: John, Abigail, Abram "Bromie", and Isaac. I will enter the children's
families for youto check.

Abram "Bromie" Sedore birthdate has been always considered 1787. He is said to have been born in Canajoharie, Montgomery co. New York. We have not been able to find the record. Also to add to the confusion on this family we are not sure whether he had 1, 2, or maybe 3 wives. On the 1851/61 censuses the wife's name is Nancy. My husband's cousin says Abram was married to a Margaret Thompson but I wonder if he got mixed up with brother John's wife. I also wondered is Nancy was a middle name or a nickname. We do know he is supposed to have 21 children. Abram moved his family to the wilds of North York co in 1830 when the wagon road was put in.

North Gwillimbury. Abram an Nancy were living
with them on the 1861 census. On the 1871 census
both families were missing. This was the time
Manitoba was open to white settlement. On the
1891 census I found a Jones Sedore which was
crossed out with the Alexander Sedore family.
There are some other children out there but I never could find them.
