We now know that Charlotte Mary's maiden name was in fact Bloomfield. Charlotte and Joseph Seddon lived in the Clanwilliam area of Cape Colony around 1908.

I still don't know much else about Joseph Seddon and have not yet made a link to Richard John Seddon's line.

Please contact me if you have a Joseph Seddon who came to South Africa around 1890 +- 10 years.
