Hi.
Could anybody help - I am trying to trace the birth certificate of my grandmother for my father, who was only 6 when she died. She was called Evelyn H Seddon, and lived in Toxteth area of liverpool. I have her marriage certificate, and have ordered a death certificate, but cannot find her birth certificate. her parents were called Robert James Seddon , and Mary Wilson. She was born around 1888, and the rest of her family were all born in Liverpool, and the only other information is that she may have been born in Ireland.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
